Sometimes things don’t work out. If your French Paper order isn’t what you expected or is no longer needed, you can return your order and we’ll give you a refund, minus the cost of shipping.

What is the return policy for French Paper orders?

French Paper accepts returns on all items, provided that the products are returned unopened and undamaged. To complete the return process, you must return your order to us within 30 days of the original order date. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Include a copy of the original invoice with your return.
  • All items are unopened and undamaged.

Once we receive the package in good condition, we will credit your card for the merchandise cost. Please note that shipping charges cannot be reimbursed, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What is the refused delivery policy for French Paper orders?

Refused delivery of shipments from French Paper Company will result in a deduction of the original shipping amount from the credit issued for the returned product.
